About Teresa

Aloha, my name is Teresa. I have been a resident here on Maui for the last few years and have made the island home. I have worked with others in my experience through different capacities, offering a balance of service and kindness to whom I work with and usually best assists. I have held a Yoga certification 10 years, using that experience personally and professionally to help and support those I am present with through yoga philosophy, life style changes, movement and compassion. I have held a culinary degree for 12 years weaving these two assisting in health and wellness. My experience has been working with families and individuals with life style support Including: Home support family support, light home tidiness and organizing Health/wellness preparing meals, nutrition support, mobility assistance and companionship Daily life style shopping, errands and appointments I have reliable transportation and good driving record.
