Hello! My name is Teresa. I enjoy helping others and am hoping to do so whether one-time, part-time of full-time. My availability is very flexible. I have experience working with people of all ages, from toddlers who have had ADHD, to teens and adults with Autism. I have worked for someone who had muscular dystrophy. I have also had a job in a formal setting at an assisted-living facility for elderly care. I have a lot of experience and motivation. I'm eager to learn more and further skills. I truly love being a caregiver and supporting others. I learn a lot from people and hope to continue in this field. I am currently focusing on working and furthering my education part-time. I want to respect and follow the needs of those who need it and what they want. I don't choose or direct someone's entire life, I'm an aide and want to respect the dignity and autonomy of others.
