Teresa has been taking care of my mom for more than a year and has never called off nor been late. She helps my mom find humor in things when my mom gets frustrated and they laugh together often. There have been a few times where Teresa's observations have alerted me that my mom was not well and I was able to get her medical care and on the road to recovery before symptoms became more serious. Teresa is conscientious and trustworthy and I feel at ease whenever she is caring for my mom because I know she doing the best job possible.
