Hi, I'm Miss Tess! I have 12 years of experience in childcare, most year from nannying and some years from working in early education centers. I have cared for children of all ages, with the majority of my years as a caregiver being with infants and toddlers. I have an education in early childhood development and education. Regardless on where life takes me, my heart will always keep me with children. I am passionate about helping them thrive and achieve their milestones. When I am not at work, I am at home with my Husband and our [fur] babies (Appa, our Australian Shepherd and Pumpkin Spice, our Maine Coon). Teresa was hired to work for our family every Monday. She worked for me one day and three days later quit. She gave me no reason and would not respond back to me. I found this very unprofessional and it has put me in a very hard position.
