I have a special connection with the elderly and I have worked as a Home Health Aide since 2010. All of my patients have been terminally-ill patients, except for two. I have committed to work with the family from the time of diagnosis until the patient's demise. I have worked with Hospice Nurses and Facilities. As well as going with the family to the Funeral Home to make funeral arrangements for their loved one. I have been hired by a number of families to accompany their loved one to the doctor and to take notes and to brief them at a later time. I have also bathed and dressed my patients. I have prepared meals that were within the patient's doctor's guidelines and/or medications allowances. I also assisted with keeping the house clean and orderly.
