We hired Teresa to help us part-time during work days in our home with our three year old son who has autism. It was the first time we had ever hired someone that we didn't know, but became immediately comfortable with her. Teresa is very patient and great with our son and also flexible with her schedule. She's been a lifesaver on a few occasions where we had something last minute come up, even being able to add watching our other child on occasion as well.
