I'd describe my personality as caring, gentle, positive I like caring for seniors because I love to learn from their life experiences and making their lives easier. We will all be in this stage someday and I believe that they need to be treated with love, understanding and dignity. I'm looking for a job that I can help uplift others and help them with things they can't do themselves. I started caring for seniors when I worked in a salon near a retirement center years ago and worked with many seniors. I've also helped in caring for my 87-year-old mother In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, travel, crochet, listen to podcasts One thing you should know about me is I do hair! I can cut, style, color and perm hair to help seniors maintain their hair throughout the week. I also have experience with buying, fitting and styling wigs. My skills include light cleaning, meal prep, transport to errands and appointments. Cutting and styling hair. Visiting and listening.
