Tera was there to help my parents and family in a really difficult time, and after chatting with her, I felt really safe and relieved to know she would be there to care for my parents when I could not. Once she started, she was kind, knowledgeable, and patient and the care she provided was a blessing to us. I will be lucky if we ever get to work with her again in the future!
