I really loved working with Teodora! She was very communicative during the booking process, answering all of my questions promptly. When she arrived, she was prompt and friendly and the three kids took to her very quickly. I walked her through the house and the kids’ routines, and she had her own questions to make sure everything went smoothly. It was obvious that she is a thoughtful professional who knows how to manage kids. During the booking, Teodora updated me about the dinner and bedtime routine, which was reassuring to know everything was going okay.
