Tenzin provided outstanding care and support to our elderly family member during her final years. Over the course of more than four years, Tenzin consistently demonstrated remarkable compassion, professionalism, and dedication while delivering excellent in-home care to our loved one, who was battling end-stage dementia.Tenzin was an indispensable part of the caregiving team, always exhibiting kindness, reliability, and a steadfast commitment to her responsibilities. Her duties encompassed medication administration, feeding, bathing, personal grooming, meal preparation and serving, laundry, bed changes, pericare, diaper changes, bed positioning, and transfers. Every task was performed with the highest level of care and professionalism, ensuring our loved one’s comfort and dignity during this difficult time.In addition to her caregiving expertise, Tenzin willingly stepped in to assist other team members whenever needed, always displaying flexibility with a quiet positive attitude. She diligently followed the guidance of the team lead and consistently contributed to the overall quality of care provided. Her efforts truly made a meaningful difference in our family’s experience during this challenging period.
