About Telka

I am well known among friends and family for being great with kiddos. I helped raise my younger brother, then went on to work with children my whole life. From gymnastics coach, to camp counselor, nanny, babysitter, YMCA after school caregiver, and a GFWC girl's club president. I love spending my days playing, doing crafts, sports, reading, and so much more. I have worked with newborns, toddlers, up to teenagers. I'm known for being especially patient, which has come in very handy when working with children with special needs. I now have a 10yo son who is on the spectrum and diagnosed with ADHD whom I home school. I love being active and creative with kids, but also have no problem with bedtime routines, movie nights, and quiet hours. Safety will always be my top priority, but patience, respect, empathy, boundaries, and fun follow right after. So contact me for date nights, extra work shifts, emergencies, or because caregivers deserve breaks. Allergic to cats and some dogs (ask which).
