About Tehya

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which inspired me to become a childcare provider. I have three years of experience caring for children. I also am the eldest of 5, so I'm very comfortable caring for more than one child at a time. Being creative, friendly, and empathetic allows me to find unique ways to engage children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with them. As an experienced caregiver, I believe that open and honest communication is key. I provide regular updates to parents about their child's day, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. I have some college experience and have completed both First Aid Training and CPR Training. In addition to childcare, I can also help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
