I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, and my eight years of experience as a childcare provider have allowed me to turn that passion into a fulfilling career. I find great joy in connecting with children of all ages and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage with children on their level and foster their natural curiosity. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and consistently follow their preferred method to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I prioritize following the parents' lead, but I am comfortable enforcing other rules as needed to maintain a structured and safe environment.
