Taylynn applied to my ad/job posting. The job was explained in detail along with the dates. She requested the dates again which was in the very text written above her question. I indicated I liked her profile and was interested in hiring her however, correspondence stopped. Don't even know why. Please don't apply for a job and not respond and the very least, respectfully, decline so the host can move on with locating someone who will respond and is reliable.
