My name is Taylor and I am a Psychology student at the University of Texas at Austin. I've spent the past six years working with children, and my current focus is supporting children with autism. I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me hands-on experience in behavior management and tailoring care to meet the individual needs of each child. I have experience caring for children with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, developmental disabilities, and more. In addition to my RBT certification, I'm also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), which has been incredibly helpful in communicating with children who may have different communication needs.
