I have over 10 years of experience as a teacher developing and implementing curriculum in the private school sector throughout Southern California including working at schools for children with learning and behavioral differences. Subjects I have taught and adapted include art, reading to children with dyslexia utilizing Linda Mood- Bell methods, math, mindfulness and a variety of cognitive development skills such as HearBuilder and PACE. It is paramount to me that your child feels cared for and needs are uniquely understood. There is no job too big or too small when it come to helping your home run smoothly should the occasion arise - as I'm a great cook and happy to run errands. I have my own reliable transportation, love pets and am a non smoker. I'm looking for long term work with flexibility that provides hours needed for my education and career goals.
