Hi! My name is Taylor. I am 26 years old, I'm currently a twos lead teacher at a childcare facility. I am very passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which is why I became a childcare provider. With years of experience, I have a deep understanding of early childhood development and creating a safe and nurturing environment for kids. My patient and friendly personality puts children at ease, allowing them to learn and grow with confidence. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games etcI also enjoy educational games that promote learning and stimulate their young minds. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with various age groups, from infants to preteens.
