About Taylor

Taylor has been a nanny for our toddler for a little over 1.5 years, and she's just been great. She is so wonderful with our kid. During the day, I can hear her reading a ton stories, singing songs, playing, convincing a toddler to eat more lunch, exploring the backyard, etc. She is very patient and observant. She has brought relevant activities, songs, and books to our home based on our kid's development. And with her previous work in daycare, she knows of different methods or activities that might work for different kids. In addition, she's very good at communicating, both when things comes up and just in terms of giving general updates about our kid. She's always on time and gives as much notice as possible when she needs time off. She's easy going, flexible, and happy to adjust, if there's a different way you'd like her to approach something. Any family would be lucky to have Taylor.
