Hello! I am a special education teacher with a passion for the arts. I love working with people who have special needs and caring for people of all abilities. My undergraduate degree is in theatre education (mostly focusing on middle and high school-age children), leading to my teaching license in theater. However, I discovered that I prefer to help children gain communication, collaboration, and creative skills at an even younger age. I am currently a special education teacher and arts integration specialist at an elementary school, where I started working 6 years ago, after graduating with my bachelor's degree. I recently earned a Master's degree in inclusive education, leading to my teaching licenses in elementary and special education. In total, I have 10 years of experience teaching children from Kindergarten through 12th grade. I can work with people at all skill levels!
