Hi!! Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. With nearly 9 years of professional experience and 4 years of family-based caregiving, I'm passionate about helping others live happy, fulfilling lives. My background includes memory care, trauma ICU, emergency psych, and private in-home care. I truly believe in the saying "If you don't use it, you lose it!" and love finding creative ways to keep the mind and body active. Some of my favorite activities include gardening, baking, cooking, reading, yoga, swimming (especially cold plunges!), scenic drives, card games, and watching sunrises.
