Hi! I'm Taylor! I am a career nanny with nearly 7 years of experience. I have 2 daughters, ages 6 and 6 months, as well as an Aussie and cat that my kiddos adore! I am currently available for a family in need of care on M-Th-F. I prefer to provide care at my home, however, I am flexible depending on the circumstance. My 6-month-old does stay home with me all year round, so I would love to find a family with a child of a similar age if possible, especially in these essential social development years. My 6-year-old is home on school breaks. My husband also works from home. Our day is a mix of organized activities for older kiddos and milestone development for young kiddos, with lots of free play in between! Ultimately my goal is for my nanny family to become an extension of my own, and to help mold each child that steps through my door into a compassionate, inquisitive little person. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Taylor! She is truly everything we could ask for in a nanny for our baby and toddler. Taylor is knowledgeable about infant and child development and is confident in maintaining their different schedules, providing healthy meals, and preparing engaging and age-appropriate activities for our kids throughout the day. Our toddler's imagination has grown and he has learned so much since she started watching him! She is a present and engaged caregiver and is always on the floor playing with the kids when we arrive. Taylor is an excellent communicator and always keeps us updated on how our kids are doing and any issues that arise. She is flexible and open to any feedback we have as well. It is clear that she genuinely loves the children she cares for and our kids love her as well! We feel so confident with our kids in her care and are so grateful that we found her. I cannot recommend her enough!
