Taylor was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two toddlers (1.5 year old and 3 year old) for about 8 months. As a consistently overwhelmed parent, I was always so thankful for the ways that Taylor made my life easier. She was always super reliable, communicative, and organized. She was always sweet, patient, and kind - which was a huge help with my autistic son. She was always open to feedback from us regarding our parenting style - and was more than happy to work with my son's autism support team (who would be in our home while she was providing childcare). She would always go above and beyond to take care of our entire family. I would 100% recommend her for future childcare jobs -- she is a gem!
