My husband and I are delighted to strongly recommend Taylor as a nanny! Taylor watched my daughter from age 8-18 months; we only parted ways because we moved out of state (I begged her to come). She has been a lifesaver for our family and our daughter: reliable, engaging, intuitive, patient, attentive to details, and always showing up with a positive attitude. My daughter would literally squeal with delight whenever she heard Taylor at the door. I attribute much of my daughter’s development during their time together to Taylor’s loving care; I personally learned a lot from her and often think “what would Taylor do?”. Before she even started with us, Taylor shared a detailed spreadsheet of all local classes + age-appropriate activities, with descriptions, addresses, and contact information. That’s just who she is. She then took initiative to suggest what my daughter might enjoy based on her personality and interests — and arranged it all, including playdates and special outings. Taylor’s additional responsibilities included cleaning up after our daughter, meal prep, and child-related laundry. However, she consistently went above-and-beyond her responsibilities, taking care of things around the house that she saw needed tending to. My kitchen will never again be as organized as when Taylor had a few minutes to spare! Taylor was wildly respectful of our shared space. Taylor is a joy and easy to be around; we genuinely miss having her warm presence in our home + lives.
