About Taylor

Since my junior year of high school, I have been deeply involved in tutoring, beginning with helping my younger siblings and cousins in subjects such as math, science, and English. These early experiences not only strengthened my understanding of these subjects but also helped me develop patience, communication skills, and a passion for education. When I began my studies at the University of Rhode Island, I had the opportunity to expand my tutoring experience into a professional setting. Working in an elementary school classroom, I gained valuable insight into how children learn at different stages, how to tailor explanations to meet individual needs, and how to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. These experiences have been incredibly rewarding and have solidified my desire to continue helping students grow academically and personally
