I hired taylor for 3 days a week and she did great the first week I thought. Didn’t seem super experienced but was happy to learn. Unfortunately she called out sick one of the days which I completely understood but then no showed the next week with no communication after multiple attempts. If you are looking for reliable child care I would not reccomend just due to the poor communication and the no showing.
