About Taylor

Hi! My name is Taylor (23) and I am a caregiver in Ames/Ankeny/Des Moines and surrounding areas. I've had experience with children of all ages-including special needs-and pets. I grew up caring for children within my family, from newborns to middle school age, and started babysitting outside of my family around age 16. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and attentive. I love having kiddos participate in fun and enriching activities, such as taking them to the park, pool, library, bookstores, and more-especially activities that incorporate learning! I have been trained as a lifeguard and swim instructor, so I know first aid practices. As a caregiver, I am also comfortable doing some light household services like cooking/meal prep and laundry (and other tasks as needed). My schedule is fairly flexible and I am willing to work with you to set up hours that work for everyone. I would be honored to help you with your caregiving needs!
