Hey I'm Taylor ! I'm 26 years old! I love caring for children and find it incredibly rewarding to make a positive impact on their lives. I have three years of experience as a caregiver and am comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and am happy to follow their preferred method of communication. I always keep parents updated on their child's day and am proactive in addressing any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead in this area. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have some college education and am certified in First Aid and CPR. I also have experience working with special needs children
