We love Taylor! She started caring for our boys a year ago, and they have been so lucky to have such a warm, kind, and energetic nanny. Our boys were 8 months old and 2.5 years old when she started with us (they're now 1.5 and 3.5 yrs old), and they completely adore her. She watches them for 25 hours per week, and handles their nap times, meals, and outings. She is such a natural with children, and has incredible intuition. Nothing fazes her. She has been very cautious about Covid, and graceful handling the restrictions and limits. We trust her absolutely. Our kids are starting in preschools now, otherwise we'd be with Taylor for as long as she'd have us. She has provided an excellent level of care, day in and day out. I'd be happy to chat more with anyone considering hiring her! She's one in a million.
