I am certified in CPR and first aide procedures and experienced in the home health care field. I have my bachelors degree in exercise science. I am also a ACSM certified personal trainer. I currently work as an exercise physiologist for a company that caters to the elderly. The previous 2 years my cases were 24 hour care and I was the primary caregiver. I am very experienced in companion care including dementia/alzheimer's, parkisons, and cancer care, medication management, bathing/dressing, meal prep, laundry, house keeping and most importantly making my client feel cared for. I have a passion for helping seniors with exercise and well being.
