About Taylor

Hello! My name is Taylor, and I am an enthusiastic third year Early Childhood Education student at the University. As the eldest of 6 children in my family, I have had extensive experience in home care for children of all ages, including premature babies all the way to 18-year-olds of both genders. I have worked in Elementary school classrooms ranging from K to 5th grade as a classroom aid and student teacher. In high school, I completed the teaching career pathway for three years, and I am now taking classes at college that help further my love of teaching and spending time with children. I spent my most recent semester working twice a week in a Pre-K classroom at a Daycare in Jefferson, and I am planning on using the Spring semester to take fewer classes and work with children of any age in a home setting to gain experience and further save for my education. I would be able to offer tutoring services in addition to late night/weekend/overnight childcare.
