My reasons for a 5 star rating are as follows: 1. When I first made contact with Taylor, she was very receptive, open to hearing about the job and flexible. She is also very responsive to texts & phone calls 2. when she it came to the day of service, I requested her to come 1 hour early and she was kind enough to be flexible 3. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I texted her to extend her time by 1 hour & she was kind enough to oblige again 4. She went above & beyond the required tasks by even helping with dishes, which I was VERY grateful for. Childcare- she engaged with our 7 year old kid , ensured she had her dinner & also made sure she got to bed on time. I will be engaging Taylor again in the future and would recommend her highly for reliability of help, responsiveness, initiative and general goodness as a baby -sitter.
