As a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth, I bring a unique blend of patience, creativity, and a friendly approach to my role. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which solidified my desire to work with children of all ages. My diverse experience includes serving in church programs and working in before and after school programs. Equipped with early childhood development coursework, I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure a seamless exchange of information about their child's day or any concerns that arise. Regarding household rules, I adapt to the parents' lead to maintain consistency and respect their parenting style. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games, as well as anything they'd like!
