About Taylor

Hi! I'm Taylor, an educator with 7+ years of classroom experience and a passion for youth development, relationship-building, and inclusivity. I've worked in schools across Indianapolis, supporting students of all backgrounds and learning styles. Most recently, I was an Implementation Specialist for an education nonprofit, helping schools with social-emotional learning and behavior management. Before that, as a School Culture Leader at Victory College Prep, I worked with K-6 students, developing behavior plans, school-wide incentives, and programs that made learning joyful and engaging. I hold a double major in Elementary & Early Childhood Education and have lived in Indianapolis for nearly a decade. Outside of work, I'm a Big Brother Big Sister mentor, a fan of Pacers, Colts, and Fever games, and love concerts, festivals, and exploring local restaurants.
