I am currently a student at Pima Community College. I'm working towards a degree in child development. I want to become an OT someday. Teaching is a passion of mine. I love teaching, playing, and building connections with children. I believe that the student-teacher relationship is reciprocal.. I learn as much (if not more) from them as they do from me. I value play-based learning and building relationships with children. I am very passionate about social-emotional learning. I am a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (200RYT) and Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator. I'm currently working towards my 500RYT. For the past few years, I have worked in schools in a few different roles. I worked as a special education aide in PreK, Kindergarten, & 1st grade. I worked with students 1 on 1 & in small groups. I also taught in a sports club after school & started a self care club. I would also teach monthly yoga, SEL, & wellness workshops for K-5 & for the High School.
