Hihi! My name is Taylor and I'm a friendly loving 22-year-old woman! Figuring out my path in life and trying to enjoy myself along the way. I started nannying around 4-5 years ago, and even before that I've always loved babysitting for family and friends! I worked as a nanny with multiple children, for many years. Now, during the week, I work as a behavior therapist for special needs children. I adore my job and I'm very passionate about helping those with autism. I'm looking for something casual on the weekend as I'm also still in college and my rates start at $20 an hour! I'm willing to compromise! I really focus on giving your child a safe, creative space to learn and grow into a kind person. I can be pretty strict and firm but I'm also very caring fun and laidback.
