About Taylor

My little family instantly loved Taylor when she walked through our door. Without hesitation she jumped right into giving me a helping hand with my very active three year old son and one year old daughter. I liked that she saw I needed help and acted upon her instincts. During the interview she engaged with my kids the entire time while impressing me with her knowledge about best practices when caring for younger children. Like most people on Care.com that are looking for a nanny, I answered about twenty emails and interviewed a total of ten nannies. Taylor rose to the top of our list surpassing those that even held a graduate degree in early childhood elementary. As a public school teacher I know that all the education in the world or experience doesn't make you a good teacher. I call it the "it" factor. You either got it or you don't. And Taylor has "it" completely. Unfortunately, my family needs for childcare have changed. I begged Taylor to at least take us on for occasional care for date nights, etc. I really don't think I gave her a choice to say no. I highly recommend Taylor for any care giving/nanny/sitter job.
