Hello, my name is Tayler! I am a 19-year-old part time college student at Community College. There I study physiology and human relations. I graduated in 2015 from High School. I am very outgoing and academically skilled student. I absolutely love children and for some reason children enjoy me as well. I worked for my mothers friend for about 2 years watching her 3 kids (6-year-old girl, 8-year-old boy, and 12-year-old boy). I also worked in the daycare they provided for teacher and student children. The children there ranged from 2 years old to 5 years old. I enjoyed every minute of arts and crafts as well as other activities. With me your child or children are in greats hands. I will always put my best foot forward and will go above and beyond.

Tayler and I had a great phone interview - we went over everything the job would entail, hours, pay, etc. She stated many times that she was very excited for this opportunity and would love to come in to meet the family and do a "working interview". So we moved our schedule around, and I moved my staff's schedule around to accommodate her so she could see what the job was like before making a commitment. We risked making the boys late for school by waiting for Tayler thinking that she was stuck in traffic or something. Tayler was supposed to be here at 8am this morning. We called and texted her many times, receiving no reply. She completely no showed with no heads up at all. Do not interview - she clearly isn't serious about finding a job as a nanny, and obviously has no respect me or my family.
