Tavyn has been nannying for us for a few months now. We all love her! She is responsible, dependable, and the kids (11, 6, 4) enjoy spending time with her. I was a little hesitant about hiring her at first because she's so young and three kids can be a lot at once, but she's certainly proved she is capable and has done a wonderful job handling any challenge that has come up.
