About Tatum

Hello! My name is Tatum. I have 7 years experience in a professional child care center & preschool setting, as well as nannying for various families (infant and preschool age). I really love being around children and making a difference in their everyday lives! I feel very comfortable with children of all ages and understand the importance of engaging with them and offering important, yet fun and engaging activities. I feel my strengths are having the ability to see a child's needs and having the compassion and effort to respond. I also like to keep a clean and consistent, yet creative environment that best fits a child's individual desire. I value outside time play- it is one of the best a child can learn. I feel it is also important to have a good relationship with parents and with the kids (of course) and to have fun!
