I VERY HIGHLY recommend CNA Tatiana! Caregiving truly is her passion and calling! She has been my mother, Del’s private part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) almost every week for the past year and half from 2023 – to the present: late 2024. She is amazing and the most caring CNA/Caregiver that we have ever worked with over the past few years! (including even all the ones that we have worked with in Rehab, at 2 hospitals, and at Del’s home). Tatiana exudes caring and by that, I mean caring in many ways — so kind, humorous, respectful, loving and gentle, for instance. Moreover, she cares more than anyone regarding my mother’s health condition! For ex., if she notices any signs of anything worsening, such as my mom’s skin becoming red, or possibly showing signs of a pressure sore beginning, she then notifies me of any tiny problem or concern immediately, with pictures and phone calls, and discusses a plan regarding how we can tackle and improve the situation. Even an agency Nurse Practioner (NP), that visits regularly the past few months, has commented again and again that my mother’s skin everywhere looks, “beautiful!” and that she is receiving “great care [at home]!” Tatiana is also extremely respectful and doesn’t think my mother, being age 95 is very old, since she has also had clients well over 100. : ) Tanya’s respectful attitude is a rarity honestly since so many doctors and medical staff are not truly very respectful towards the elderly, and often just speak with me and ignore my mother, a retired Microbiologist & mother of 3, despite her being still very mentally sharp. Finally, Tatiana is also an excellent communicator, is very patient, takes her work so seriously, and responds promptly to any texts or telephone calls. She is prompt, on time, has a high energy level, likes to organize and does not procrastinate. Tatiana would be an asset to any organization, or home, and I very highly recommend her.
