Tatiana worked as a full time nanny for my autistic son for several years. She was punctual, loving, careful, and became an integral part of our family. She worked for us at the time my son received his diagnosis and not only did she do all the childcare things she was hired to do, she facilitated his ABA therapies by being the supervising adult during most of those sessions. She made sure that he felt safe and got as many breaks as he needed in the early days, and then incorporated the things that he was learning in to the everyday way that she communicated with him. I can't say enough good things about Tatiana - we adore her and can't imagine what we would have done without her. Any family would be lucky to have her in their employ.
