I have experience working with kids from 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I believe in a collaborative, hands-on, holistic approach. If at all possible, I believe in using organic food and snacks for the children and spending time outside in any weather (dressed accordingly). Zero screen time. Being active and engaging is my goal.
