I enjoy taking care of senior citizens because I believe that compassion and kindness are universal rights every one should enjoy. I imagine that each elderly patient I take care of as my own parents or my friend's parents; thus I treat my elderly patients as I would my parents or my friend's parents, with respect, compassion, and kindness. I personally feel that due to the elderly people's limited mobility and speech, the elderly are vulnerable to abuses and neglect. I strive to fill in that void with my philosophy of compassion and kindness. I have an impeccable work record. I am a very diligent worker with great work ethic.

Tashi agreed to care for my grandmother. I gave her details and she agreed; but then she decided to back out last minute. She was scheduled to come at 7pm and decided to back out at 10am. These plans were made 1 week + in advance. I have issue not agreeing to the pay. But don't agree to it; wait over a week and then inform me that you wont do it. I am extremely disappointed and upset.
