About Taryn

I'm a childcare provider with a deep-rooted passion for nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With two decades of experience, I've had the joy of positively impacting children's lives. I hold both a Montessori teaching degree and a traditional teaching degree. My style is rooted in patience and calmness, allowing me to create a serene environment for the little ones. I'm also a creative soul, which I express through imaginative play and educational games that foster learning. I have retired from teaching after 20 years and I really miss being around children. My own children have recently left for college and I have lots of free time available. When it comes to household rules, I feel confident and comfortable in enforcing them, ensuring a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. Beyond childcare, I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, travel, and even swimming supervision, as I'm a skilled swimmer and former lifeguard.
