We have hired Tarikua since May 2023. She is a very warm and friendly person. She is very calm and patient and easy going. We are a big family with two babies (3 and 1) live in a big house. I work from home and my in-laws are retired and live with us. So her daily routine is mixed with all kinds of tasks. She helps with feeding my kids, playing with them and putting my younger one to sleep. She also helped my mother-in-law prepare lunch for the family. She even cooked for us a few times and we all enjoyed her Ethiopian food very much. She does a lot of cleaning/reorganizing for us too. She is like a family member to us and not just a nanny. Now that both my kids are old enough to go to a full-time daycare center, we will be very sad to say goodbye to her. But I know we will hire her again when we need some extra help.
