Ability to work flexible hours Supervise indoor and outdoor activities of children to ensure a very clean, appealing and safe environment. Keep records of children's health, growth, development and behavior. Create daily schedule and centers for playtime, mealtime, nap time, crafts and other activities. Develop relationships with parents and update them on their child's progress.

Tara began working with us taking care of my 7 month old about a year ago. When I first met her, I just knew she was the right fit and wouldn't have to worry about punctuality or whether she was dependable. Tara is an extremely experienced childcare provider. She has been like a grandmother to my daughter this past year and I am very sad that we cannot take her with us when we move away. Her manner with my daughter is sweet, playful, loving, and a teacher. She really does love my daughter as if she were her own. Tara goes above and beyond to make sure that we are all taken care of. She is even great with my senior cocker spaniel dog! Some may view the age of an applicant and worry about their mobility, and this was never an issue with Tara. Tara communicates well and often. She has almost never been late or had to miss a day in a year. Tara is easy to talk to, be around, and trust. Tara really is fantastic.
