About Tara

I'm an experienced childcare provider with 20 plus years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, combined with my positive experience in previous nanny roles, led me to pursue a career as a caregiver. I have worked with foster children through Greater Oregon Behavior Health Institute which is a therapeutic program for youth. I believe in creating a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn, play, and grow. With my patient and calm personality, I provide a stable foundation for children to thrive. I'm also creative and imaginative, which allows me to engage children in fun and educational activities. I prioritize open communication with parents and provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care.
