About Tara

As a caregiver with five years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have a passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families. My background includes a college degree from New York University (currently getting my masters in Psychology and I am drawn to childcare because of my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe that open communication with parents is essential, and I follow their preferred communication method to ensure that they are informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I love playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
