I can work with your primary health practitioner and be part of your team! I'm also an artist, a yogi, a naturalist and I have been a teacher for over 20 years. I'm very active, love walking with my therapy dog Devi and being outside as much as possible!. My skills include, cooking, organizing, active listening, nutrition, exercise and mindfulness. I am currently available in the afternoons. My rate begins at $22 per hour, $25 is my average rate.
