About Tarah

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient and outgoing. I like caring for seniors, because seniors are wonderful to engage in conversation. I use that opportunity to learn about them, so I can meet them where they are at in needing assistance. I'm looking for a job where I can fill someone's bucket with kindness. I started caring for seniors when my mother needed care. After she passed, I started working at Visiting Angels Home Care, where I managed caregivers for the last 6 years. In my spare time, I like to read, garden and kayak. I also love watching my son play sports and watching sporting events in person and on TV. One thing you should know about me is that I have always had the drive to help people. My skills include adapting to routines and maintaining them, engaging in activities and assisting with personal care.
